You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

How to request a return

Email info@grenoasia.shop or use our contact form within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Contact us before sending a return. We will provide return instructions and the return address for your request. Please keep the item, its included accessories and packaging together for the return and inspection.

Item condition

Items should be returned in the condition in which you received them, with their original packaging, accessories and tags where applicable. If an item was damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered, describe that issue when contacting us so that it can be assessed separately from ordinary returns.

Return shipping costs

Grenoasia, as the seller, covers return shipping costs for returns arranged under this policy. We will provide the return shipping instructions or label needed for your return. Please arrange the return with us before shipping the package.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us if an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Provide your order number and, where useful, photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Refund processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after it is issued. If you have not received a refund update within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected, contact us with your order number.
